DENVER - Governor Polis and House and Senate Democratic leadership released a joint statement this evening:

DENVER -  Today Governor Jared Polis appointed Melina Hernandez to serve on the Arapahoe County Court in the 18th Judicial District. She will fill a vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Don Toussaint to the District Court. The vacancy is effective January 12, 2021. 

DENVER - Today, Governor Polis declared the third week of November “Colorado Recycles Week.” Alongside First Gentleman Marlon Reis, Suzanne Jones, Executive Director of Eco-Cycle, Kristin Kim, Executive Director of Recycle Colorado, and Timothy Garcia, Principal of Red Hawk Elementary, Governor Polis celebrated recycling in Colorado while addressing the continued challenge of expanding access to recycling across the state. 

DENVER - Local municipalities and business leaders from across Colorado join Governor Jared Polis in continuing or moving their workforces to remote work. With more than 4,000 cases on average per day and a 7 day positivity rate of more than 12%, it is imperative that Coloradans lessen their interaction with one another.
