    Gov. Polis appoints District Court Judges in Eighth Judicial District

    DENVER — Gov. Polis today announced the appointment of Laurie K. Dean and Daniel M. McDonald as District Court Judges in the Eighth Judicial District, to fill judgeships created pursuant to Senate Bill 19-043 and the retirement of the Honorable Thomas R. French, respectively.

    CDOT’s Comprehensive Plan to Address Road Quality & Future Investments Approved

    DENVER - Today, the Colorado Transportation Commission approved a multi-year plan to invest $1.6 billion in resources provided from the state’s general fund by the legislature. Following a comprehensive planning and outreach project that launched in May and reached thousands of citizens across the state - including in public meetings in every county - the approved plan addresses key transportation issues that are common across Colorado and require unique solutions in each local community.

    Governor Polis Gets into Holiday Spirit, Unveils the Governor’s Residence Decorations

    DENVER — Jared Polis kicked off his first holiday season as Governor by unveiling the Boettcher residence holiday decor. The Governor leaned on Coloradans’ spirit of collaboration and desire to preserve and protect our environment by focusing on reusing, upcycling and calling on the public for donations to help decorate the mansion.
