DENVER - Gov. Polis today signed HB20-1153, Colorado Partnership For Quality Jobs And Services Act. The Governor was joined virtually by Rep. Daneya Esgar, Sen. Brittany Pettersen, and Colorado WINS President Skip Miller for the signing.

DENVER - Governor Jared Polis today announced Protect Our Neighbors, a framework that will empower local governments that can demonstrate strong public health and health care systems, paired with low virus levels, to make decisions about how they should reopen. The Governor also announced additional draft guidelines under Safer at Home and discussed the state’s efforts to prepare for a potential second wave of the virus.

Colorado will continue to lead on anti-discrimination policies and my administration will continue to build a Colorado For All.”

DENVER - Gov. Polis signed Executive Order D 2020 104, temporarily suspending certain statutes to maintain eligibility for Coloradans enrolled in Medicaid and the Children’s Basic Health Plan.
