2012 Tramway Renewal Process - Important Information

Instructions for renewing your license

This year’s Tramway renewals will be going out in September to the areas’ Designated Agents.

To prevent delays in the process, please plan ahead to renew your Tramway license. Remember that your payment must be submitted before a Tramway license is issued.

The following are a few recommendations that may assist areas to avoid delays:

 

  • Tramway renewals will have to be sent directly to the Board’s office at 1560 Broadway, Suite 1350, Denver, CO 80202. (Renewal fees are no longer sent to a box address.)
     
  • •Make checks payable to:
    • STATE OF COLORADO -(Checks will not be accepted if not payable to the State of Colorado)
       
  • Send your renewal slips and the correct fee to the following address.
    STATE OF COLORADO
    1560 Broadway Suite 1350
    Denver CO 80202

  • Your renewal fees should be processed within three days of receipt. However, there may be delays as the renewal season picks up.


Please note: Starting with the 2012-2013 licensing season, inspection reports will no longer be mailed. Area’s Designated Agents will be emailed their inspection reports and inspection invoices.
