No. Complaints filed against licensees, registrants and certificate holders are confidential.

Are direct-entry midwives required to be covered under a policy of liability insurance to practice in Colorado?
A

No. However, each midwife must provide, in writing, a statement indicating whether or not they are covered under a liability insurance policy.
