Those wishing to obtain an original MT license by Endorsement or Examination must now apply and complete the Healthcare Professions Profile using the online system. Please use the link below to be directed to Online Services. Upon your first visit, you must register an account with the Division.
A checklist of required items is posted below. Please review the checklist before you begin your online application to ensure you are prepared to submit all required information and documentation to the Division. Failing to provide all information will result in delays.

License Expiration Grace Period for New Applicants. All new applicants who are issued a license within 120 days of the upcoming renewal expiration date will be issued a license with the subsequent expiration date. For example, a license issued between September 1, 2016, and December 31, 2016, will reflect a license expiration date of December 31, 2018. Licenses issued prior to September 1, 2016, will reflect an expiration date of December 31, 2016, and must renew in the next renewal period.
License Renewal Information. All Massage Therapist licenses expire on December 31 of even-numbered years and must be renewed to continue practicing.
