Those wishing to apply for an original Boxing Participant (PAR), Corner (COR), Official (OFC) or Promoter (PRO) license must now do so using the online system. Please use the link below to be directed to Online Services. Upon your first visit, you must register an account with the Division.
If you have already mailed a paper application to the Division, DO NOT apply online as well. If the paper application you mailed is incomplete, Licensing will contact you for further information and/or documentation.

License Expiration Grace Period for New Applicants. All new applicants who are issued a license within 120 days of the upcoming renewal expiration date will be issued a license with the subsequent expiration date. For example, licenses issued between March 1, 2015 and June 30, 2015 will reflect a license expiration date of June 30, 2016. Licenses issued prior to March 1, 2015 will reflect an expiration date of June 30, 2015 and must renew in the upcoming renewal period.
License Renewal Information. All Boxing licenses expire on June 30 of each year. Only Boxing Officials and Boxing Promoters are renewable. Renewal forms for these license types are mailed to the last known address on file approximately six (6) weeks prior to the expiration date.
