About the Director

Bruce Harrelson is the director of the Office of Policy, Research and Regulatory Reform (OPRRR) at the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in Denver, Colorado. Bruce has been with OPRRR since 1988.

Under Bruce's leadership, the sunset process is a proactive vehicle for government reform boasting an over 80% passing rate of legislative recommendations.

His academic background in business and public administration enables him to effectively pursue good public policy recommendations while maintaining sensitivity to business needs.

Bruce speaks frequently at regulatory conferences, legislative events and public and business functions.
