Title Advisory Council

The Title Advisory Council was established in 2003. The council is made up of fifteen representatives from the title insurance industry and representatives from the Division of Insurance. The council meets to discuss title insurance issues, share information with the Division of Insurance and discuss Colorado insurance laws and federal RESPA rules, as they may be applicable to a given issue.
 
The Council members volunteer their time and meetings are held quarterly at the Division of Insurance office. All meetings are open to the public. For further information contact Christine Nelson at 303-894-2417 or Neil Derr at 303-894-2194.
