This service will alert you via E-mail whenever Notices of Rulemaking, Permanent Rules, or Emergency Rules have been published by the Secretary of State in the Colorado Register. The E-mail you receive will contain a link to the Colorado Register which will allow you to view the full text of Notices, Proposed Rules, Adopted Rules ( Permanent or Emergency ), and the associated Attorney General Opinions.This form can be used to subscribe or unsubscribe to this service.
 

Proposed Rules and Rulemaking Hearings

The Colorado Real Estate Commission does not have any scheduled rulemaking hearings at this time.

The Board of Real Estate Appraisers does not have any scheduled rulemaking hearings at this time.

The Board of Mortgage Loan Orginators will have a rule making hearing on January 14, 2014.

The Conservation Easement Oversight Commission does not have any scheduled rulemaking hearings at this time.

The Division Director will be holding a permanent rule-making hearing on March 4, 2015 for Community Association Manager licensing.

The Board of Real Estate Appraisers voted to approve the following rules in 2014:

The Board of Mortgage Loan Originators approved the following rules on September 17, 2014.

The Conservation Oversight Commission voted to approved rule changes at the November 3, 2014.

Notice of Emergency Rule Adoption
(Effective January 6 through May 6)

On January 2, 2015 the Director of the Division of Real Estate held an emergency rule making hearing to adopt rules necessary for initial licensing, this includes education, testing, licensing and insurance requirements. On January 6, 2015 the following emergency rules were adopted and will remain in effect for 120 days, expiring on May 6, 2015.
