Renew an Appraiser License

Appraisers are responsible for knowing when to renew and completing the renewal process on time. When renewing online, you will be required to certify that you have completed the required hours of continuing education. Do not send proof of completion of your continuing education.

Reinstate an Expired Appraiser License

You may reinstate your expired license within two years of the license expiration date. In reinstating your license you are certifying that you have completed the continuing education requirements. After two years of expiration a reapplication is required for license.
