Appraiser Continuing Education Audits

Real Estate Appraisers are subject to continuing education audits on an annual basis to ensure Federal compliance with licensing and education rules. At any given time, the Division's Appraiser licensing program is conducting two separate education audits. It's important that you are aware of which audit you part of.

42 Hour Continuing Education Audit

Compliance Period: January 1, 2009–December 31, 2012
Licensees of License Cycle: January 1, 2013–December 31, 2015

(License cycle is the same as your license issue and expiration date) 

USPAP Audit

Compliance Period: January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2012
Licensees of License Cycle: January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2012

(License cycle is the same as your license issue date and expiration date)
