Hearings

The Colorado State Banking Board conducts Hearings on applications for de novo commercial bank charters, trust company charters, money transmitter licenses, and on formal Rulemaking. Occasionally a Hearing is conducted on other actions that may come before the Banking Board. Any Notice of Hearing will be posted; however, Hearings are not conducted every month and Executive Hearings are for matters of a confidential nature and therefore, not open to the public.
