Notice of Public Meeting

A meeting of the Colorado Securities Board will be held at 11:30 am on Monday, March 25, 2013. The hearing will take place in the Colorado Division of Banking Conference room, Suite 975, located at 1560 Broadway, Suite 975, Denver, Colorado 80202.

The purpose of the meeting shall be as follows:

1. Hearing on the Order to Show Cause Directed to Inter Reef LTD d/b/a Profitable Sunrise, Roman Novak and Radoslav Novak. Division Case No. XY 13-CD-07, pursuant to section 11-51-606(1.5), C.R.S.
