o You may have a typographical error in your Social Security Number or last name. If this is possible, please attempt again by clicking here. Make sure that you are typing your last name exactly as it is listed on your license.

- At this time, you cannot create a new user account. Please visit your profession or business home page for further application instructions.Go to www.dora.colorado.gov/professions, select your profession/business and click on “professionals.”

- Currently users without a United States Social Security Number cannot register their account online. Please contact the System Support Unit at: dora_dpo_onlinelicenses@state.co.us or 303-894-2421 to receive information on how to access your account.

Click the "Current Information" link on the left menu. This will display the tabs you can select to view your user information, case information or any license relationships you have on file. |

- If you need to update your mailing address or phone number, click the "Update Your Contact Information" link on the left menu. Click on your record and follow the prompts to either select a previous address on file or create a new address record.

Click the link in the upper right hand corner titled "My Account." Your email address of record will display at the top of the page. Click the link next to it titled "Change." You will be able to enter your new email address here. After you enter your email address and click “Update,” the system will send a verification link to the email account provided. You will have to access your email account and click the link provided before continuing into your account. |

Click on the “Check the status of a Pending Application” link on the left menu. Here you will be able to view the status of any new, reinstatement, reactivation or renewal application. You will be able to review any incomplete items with instructions on submitting additional information. |

If your license is in a renewal period (within 6 weeks of the license expiration date) you will see a link on the left menu titled “Complete License Renewal.” Click on the link and follow the instructions and prompts to renew your license. **If you do not have this link available then your license is not currently in renewal.*** If you feel this is in error, please contact us at dora_dpo_onlinelicenses@state.co.us or 303-894-2421. |

The Affidavit of Eligibility is required by Colorado law to be completed prior to any new issuance, renewal or reinstatement of a license to prove legal residence. If you have not completed one within 30 days of renewing your license you will receive a notice message explaining that you must do so prior to renewing. To complete your Affidavit of Eligibility, click the link on the left menu titled "Affidavit of Eligibility Submission” and follow the prompts to complete and submit. |

Click the "Lookup a Colorado License" link on the left menu. There you will be able to enter license and/or name information to review a license record including any disciplinary actions. |

- Click the “Generate a List of Licensed Professionals/Entities” link on the left menu. There you will be able to select single or multiple license types and download information into an Excel spreadsheet. This information includes names, license numbers and mailing addresses of licensees.
