Disclosure of Addresses: Some licensees have expressed concern that their residential address is accessible. Consistent with Colorado law, all addresses on record with the Division are public record and must be provided to the public when requested. In most cases, it is permissible for an individual to provide an address of record other than a residence, such as a post office box or a practice location. Please be advised that all correspondence, including renewal notices, licenses, and other legal documents, will be mailed to the address provided.
Renewal notices are mailed to the last address of record approximately six weeks prior to the expiration date. We recommend you check your address and be sure it is accurate at least two months before your license expires. Address changes may be made at any time using Online Services.
