The Board does not have jurisdiction or authority to resolve billing, contractual or monetary issues. It is also suggested that you contact your local District Attorney's office, the Better Business Bureau at (303) 758-2100 or the Colorado Consumer Hotline at (800) 222-4444. You may also seek remedy through small claims court. If an insurance issue, you may also want to check with DORA's Division of Insurance

No. Complaints filed against licensees, registrants and certificate holders are confidential.

Yes. The public is encouraged to attend all the program's meetings, including any Rulemaking Hearings. However, pursuant to statute, a portion of meetings may be closed to the public.
