Code of Colorado Regulations
The Secretary of State compiles and publishes the administrative rules of the executive agencies of the state of Colorado in the Code of Colorado Regulations. The official Code and Register published pursuant to § 24-4-103(11), C.R.S., can be accessed from this website.
The Colorado Register
Notices of rulemaking, proposed rules, new and amended rules, and Attorney General rules opinions are published twice monthly in the companion publication, the Colorado Register.

The Federal Register
The Federal Register is the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents.
Code of Federal Regulations
The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) annual edition is the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the departments and agencies of the Federal Government.
The United States Code is the codification by subject matter of the general and permanent laws of the United States.
State laws and federal regulations dictate activities of the Public Utilities Commission (PUC). State laws exist that identify mandatory requirements for the regulation of all utilities, and that create programs, like the Colorado No Call List.
