Complaints relating to persons licensed by any board or agency in the Department may be directed to the Department's Citizen Advocate in the Executive Director's Office or to the Executive Director. The Executive Director or the Citizen Advocate may assign the complaint to the appropriate division, board or agency for review and response. The Executive Director may assign complaints for investigation, or take whatever action deemed appropriate under the circumstances of the complaint.
