The following application materials are for non-profit land trusts or governmental entities (conservation easement holders) applying to be certified by the Division of Real Estate (Division). Please note that the application materials below are divided based upon the type of organization applying for certification. Download the appropriate forms that are applicable to your organization.
Conservation easement holders must renew their certification annually if they plan to accept a conservation easement for which a state tax credit may be claimed. To renew your certification, download the renewal application and project list.
Coming soon! The Division staff is currently working with the Budget Office with the Department of Regulatory Agencies to set the certification renewal fee for conservation easement holders. In the meantime, please start to complete the certification renewal application and required project list.
