The Real Estate Commission meets bi-monthly to conduct rulemaking hearing, make policy decisions, consider licensing matters, review complaints and take disciplinary action against real estate brokers. It is a commission of five members, appointed by the governor. The Commission consists of three real estate brokers who have had no less than five years’ experience in the real estate business in Colorado and two representatives of the public. Commission members serve a three-year term.
Commission member are appointed for three-year terms.
