24-Hour Continuing Education Audit

 The Real Estate Commission randomly selected a number of licensees to be part of a Real Estate Broker continuing education audit. Selected licensees must demonstrate compliance for the three-year period.

Licensees are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education during each three-year (3) license cycle. Course certificates must be retained by the licensee for a period of four (4) years and must be supplied to the Division of Real Estate upon request.
