The Annual Health Cost Report analyzes the cost of health insurance and the factors that drive the cost of health insurance premiums on an individual and group basis in this state. Additionally, it reports on financial information of health carriers, such as: benefit ratios, rate increases, and the reasons for health insurance rate increases.
This report is required to be published annually by statute C.R.S. 10-16-111.
